Getting divorced? Read this to save you grief later.

There is a new Realtor designation in town. This one is for divorce transactions and properly representing divorcees. Known as the Real Estate Collaborative Specialist-DivorceTM (RCS-D), this designation is filling a much needed void in divorce real estate. The information taught in class is recommended by the American Bar Association. For Realtors, this designation is a huge step towards helping divorcees who are lacking the right guidance. This designation is to help put divorce attorneys and the Realtor handling the divorcee's home sale on the same page. Affiliates in the industry are now moving towards getting similar designations to be divorce friendly to properly guide divorcees through this emotional period in their lives. If you're a divorcee, take the time to research Attorney Kelly Lise Murray who's credentials include: graduating Phi Beta Kappa from Stanford, cum laude from Harvard Law School, and is currently a Vanderbilt legal writing professor, family mediator, and Realtor. She is also the American Bar Association's featured speaker at the National Family Law Conference in April. Obtaining this designation is very limited right now because Attorney Kelly Lise Murray is personally giving all the classes. |
